It was amazing. I would have to say the service was what made it the highlight. Everyone was so kind and helpful and communicated with me and it’s really nice just to have good people that can make you feel comfortable and familiar in an unfamiliar country. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The girls at the reception were lovely, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect 5 star service if you’re not paying for it. But honestly, it was perfect for our weekend in Cork, it suited us really well
