By far one of the best hotels around. We have stayed multiple times over the years and I can’t fault it . The staff are absolutely superb. They honestly can’t do enough for you!. Management care very much about your stay and experience and it definitely shows. Some of the kindest gestures have been shown to us on some of our stays and it has meant a lot, from sleep teas and robes left on beds because I mentioned I was a light sleeper and didn’t sleep well one night. Every staff member has a lovely warm welcoming smile for you, even if it’s just passing them in a corridor . The food is absolutely outstanding ! I have never received a bad meal. This is a lovely place to stay! The beds were very comfortable! We also appreciated the A/C in the room. We did not have time for a spa treatment, but felt spa-like with the Rituals brand toiletries, shower AND tub, & robe/slippers in the room. We loved the mocktails in reception. A very special thank you to the stewardess who took the time to show me around the breakfast area concerning my food allergy- she was so nice and professional. 10000/5 stars! ⭐️
