Just back from a trip to Kinsale with friends. We stayed in this hotel and had a great experience! Anthony looked after us like we were his own, an absolute gentleman. As a group of Irish, we can say the restaurant is some of the finest food we’ve ever had. Our friend said, “that was the best steak I’ve ever had”.

Very nice experience. The cocktails I ordered had a nice amount of alcohol in them. The food was amazing, perfect taste and portions left me full but still had room for dessert. Overall a lovely restaurant, I do recommend.
Completely disappointed and embarrassed. The food here is decent but the service didn’t live up to it. My friends from up the country came down to kinsale to meet us over the summer, we booked here in advance of arrival for a table of four. Once we arrived we were greeted by what I assumed a female manager who was rude when leading us to our table. We had a young waitress serve us who was lovely. A middle aged man then took our orders and made a snarky comment to my friend. We had to ask for water 3 times before receiving it. They forgot my friend’s side of chips and we had to ask for it. I ordered the aromatic duck which comes with pancakes. When receiving it they gave me chips in…
