Our experience at this hotel was incredible. Staff were so kind and helpful with every single thing, rooms were so comfortable and clean and the food was incredible for very decent prices. Also the views from the restaurant are beautiful. I would come back anytime!

Rooms very comfortable. Food was nice and chef at breakfast was very nice. On arrival we were waiting 5 minutes for the receptionist to acknowledge our presence as she was on a call. Another receptionist simply told us she wasn't checking people in, then got up and left. It wasn't a great first impression tbh and something the hotel should keep an eye on. Otherwise though, a positive experience.
I was a little early getting to the hotel and I asked the one receptionist about when I could check in. She said 3 o’clock bluntly, offering no more information. At 2:30 I noticed other people were checking in so I went to the other receptionist she started to check me in, when I booked there were no rooms with views available. I asked about a room with a view of course I had to pay more for that which was fine. The receptionist was very impatient. I asked to see the room. She went running down the hallway as if I was to keep up. I said I had a sore leg, but that didn’t slow her down. She still had to wait for me to catch up. She showed me a room at the back with the view of the garden. I…
