Had a booking made from 27.07 to 31.07 but unfortunately due to a medical emergency was not able to attend last night. Was told rather abruptly by a Liam non refundable and would be charging for the entire stay. Then a lovely woman called Eve called me back and said she would only charge for last night and wished us a speedy recovery after surgery. Thank you Eve for showing some understanding and compassion. Will be delighted to stay in the Bush Hotel in the future with genuine kind staff like her working there

Guest reviews
Bush Hotel averages 4.3 out of 5 across 1,037 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Stayed here as we had a wedding in another hotel so location was great. But for the price we paid I was seriously disappointed with the lack of upkeep in this hotel. The place needs a good refurb over all. Our room alone needed a ceiling repair from a leak, painting, new taps and shower door etc. Really didn’t like all the news articles and picture frames nailed to the bedroom wall and the picture frames all split from the nail. So weird. Nobody needs to see faces like this trying to sleep. Was creepy. The hotel needs more attention to detail to be charging that money. We were charged 4star hotel resort prices and this was more faulty towers. What’s worse is the staff. The house keepers…
