Stayed here a few times now with my partner and its always a lovely experience. Rooms are modern and clean and restaurant/bar down stairs are lovely with amazing staff. Super handy location for shopping and access to public transport. One thing I will say is for our most recent trip on a Saturday the noise from the nightclub was very loud as our room was directly above it. Didn't affect us as we were using the club ourselves but ear plugs were provided.

The Manager Sofie that was in charge was amazing on the night we arrived for dinner. She was extremely welcoming and friendly. She seen to or every need and more. The food was absolutely delicious service was very fast and friendly. All in all a really good experience from start to finish. Keep up the good work Sofie and her team. All the best Paul & Joanne.

The location is brilliant and the hotel is modern. The rooms are clean and bed linen is nice, showers are lovely and it feels secure. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The staff were distant or rude, or in most cases just didn’t even engage. The hotel was like a sauna - we don’t know if it’s the design, the fact rooms are beside AC units and over the bar or what, but it’s uncomfortable being inside them even when outside is cool. The continental breakfast was one of the worst efforts we’ve ever seen - the spread was a few apples, one croissant, a few slices of white sliced pan, two individual packets of corn flakes and some plastic looking ham and cheese. Nobody even spoke to…
