Matthew, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His friendly personality made us feel right at home. The rooms were stunning, and the spa treatments were incredibly relaxing. Dinner was also a highlight, with delicious food and impeccable service. What truly made our stay special, however, was Matthew's attention to detail and genuine care. Fab visit, loved the hotel. We stayed for one night in one of the River Suites. This was just by the Spa. We had a private balcony which overlooked the river just off the bedroom. The bed was amazing and had such a lovely night sleep. We used the Spa while we were there and it was amazing. Outdoor hot tub was a great touch and loved the views from it. We booked for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking is roadside, but spaces were available. Greeted by friendly staff who showed us straight to our table. Lovely views of the river and the option of dining outside. Service was excellent and the food was superb.
