I called in this morning for coffee and a scone. I was looked after by Conor, a lovely gentleman, beautifully dressed, and great to chat to. The coffee was good and strong, just how I like it, and the scone was presented gently warmed, and served with butter, jam, cream and a dusting of icing sugar. Absolutely delicious and great value. 5 star food and service, very highly recommended.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, all the staff were very welcoming and professional. Meals and bar service were also excellent. The underground carpark is a nice feature. The only downsides are that it feels a bit tired, of particular note were the broken and missing lift buttons covered with gaffer tape.
One of the good thing about the hotel is probably the location and access to the gym/sauna/pool for the guests. Breakfast was just average, rooms were fine but the washroom had some issues with water leaking which they claimed wasn't the issue with leaking, overall I didn't like the experience. They didn't have basic things available like toothpaste (which we forgot). Service was actually good.
