I would like to thank all the staff for an amazing day for my daughter’s communion yesterday. From the ease of organising it with you to the seamless, efficient, super friendly service. The food was unbelievable and as we were lagging there having drinks after, a room was arranged where we could relax and have a drink. The play area was fab and again amazing staff and the bar staff were amazing despite how super busy they were. Our guests and us will definitely be coming back and highly recommending ye.

Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a separate and very well protected area for children to play. It's a bit of a walk, but fun for young children. The restaurant on-site was wonderful! Live music, delicious food, incredible friendly service, and family friendly. There is a lot to like about this place. It is also a convenient 15 minutes from Shannon Airport.
Very disappointed overall. Stayed here in July 2025 and to say were underwhelmed and disappointed would be an understatement. The hotel seems to be caught between modern and outdated old style (not in a positive way). Some modern touches to some parts of the hotel but from what we could see the majority of it is back in the 90's. The staff were lovely and the location is handy which are the only saving graces. Small outdoor playground and crazy golf for the kids. Indoor playground located on the grounds and operated by the hotel but you have to pay extra for each child (even if they are guests of the hotel, which is infuriating) Rooms were generally clean, but not a great attention to…
