My 2 friends & I had the pleasure of staying for 1 night on Sunday 13th July 2025 for the Wolfe Tones concert. We were absolutely blown away with this hotel. It is definitely worthy of their 5 stars. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready (fair enough) we took a stroll around the city. We came back after an hour or 2 & went to our room. It was absolutely stunning, everything a 5 star hotel should be. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional & helpful. We ordered breakfast to our room for the following morning, absolutely fabulous breakfast. I was expecting my poached eggs to be hard but no they were cooked to perfection & everything was lovely & hot. When I come back to Limerick…
Every thing about the Hotel, location, the room, the Staff and the stay was perfect. High end Glamour, cleanliness, smooth booking, check in and check out procedures. The only thing I missed being my age was a personal touch. But WOW WOW WOW! otherwise... Loved it. Serious High commendation to ALL staff from the door, check in to the bar and the breakfast.
