we had an outstanding weekend stay over at the West Cork Hotel. It had been 10 years since our last visit and it was even more charming than before. Tremendous service, a great Irish breakfast in the morning and a wonderful location combined with an extremely attentive and responsive staff contributed to an outstanding experience! I highly recommend the West Cork Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting one of the most enjoyable parts of Ireland.

Beautiful hotel, our room had a river view , and a view of the old rail way bridge which is used for outdoor food/ drink , its rusty looking. Lovely breakfast each morning and staff very friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel a gentleman. To add this hotel in Skibbereen is a ideal, when visiting other parts of west cork. Fabulous part of the country.
I recently stopped in Skibberen and had dinner in the west Cork hotel. They were busy but the staff were excellent. Greeted us on arrival, explained how they were busy, found us seats, very prompt service. Good variety on the menu, very good food. Very pleasant experience and outstanding staff. I will definitely be back.
