We had a fantastic stay here. Everything was just perfect. Dionne on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be staying again when next in the area and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Guest reviews
Anchorage Inn averages 4.4 out of 5 across 590 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Booked into the new Skipper's restaurant after the refurbishments for food. I understand bank holiday weekend and it's busy. But the experience was disgraceful. Over an hour for starters. When asked the staff the soup of the day, they went to find out and never returned to take our order. I will say the bar is good craic . But the service in the restaurant is nothing short of a disgrace. What used to be a great place to eat, is an absolute let down. No cohesion between staff, no proper management. Do not recommend for food.
