A hidden gem. Room was lovely. Spa really good. I had a facial and my partner a back massage. My only complaint was they couldn’t facilitate us for dinner. But that’s testament to how good the food is it books up quickly. Live music on sat night was great. Breakfast the next morning fantastic. Will definitely be back!

We had a great day/night away for my sister in laws 50th birthday. The spa was amazing, the food was excellent, the rooms were lovely the beds were very comfortable. It's such a lovely homey place to relax. The staff were amazing too. The decor is stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Honestly my experience was nothing less than horrendous. From the second we got there the staff seemed quite rude? Checked into the room to find a used pair of women’s underwear on the shelf… (check images) Waited 25 minutes for someone to come up - didn’t show. Called again, another 10 minutes passed for a guy to come who was very apologetic. Offered us 1 free drink at the bar which I did not accept. Due to the time waited having a knock on effect of our dinner reservation, I cancelled the meal at the hotel and booked one in Portrush instead. Next morning we went to breakfast, got offered tea and coffee which we said yes. I had finished my breakfast and the drinks were nowhere to be…
