From that 1st email we were SOLD on staying there. We received excellent customer service from Shannon , she responded to all my emails and helped us with planning things to do in the surrounding area. My husband and I were also planning and setting up a Vow Renewal at the Dunluce Castle which was right up the road from the Hotel. Such a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds and great food. The staff were absolutely fantastic- so friendly and attentive to detail. One example is that we had the do not disturb sign on our door, and later on we found a pack of new sheets, towels, coffee, water, biscuits, etc. What attentiveness!! We will definitely be back!!!
Have never experienced such a rude manager! Her attitude towards my lifting a high chair for my one year old grandson was appalling! Never again will I set foot in this place shouting all over the bar at me cos apparently all the highchairs were booked up even though there was at least six sitting unused....this restaurant needs to take heed of their rude staff!!!!
