We stayed in Room 201, family room with an amazing Seaview. It was absolutely huge! Biggest family room we've ever stayed in and the bathroom was massive too. So impressed. Staff were lovely, food was great and the location is top class. Mini van from the ferry is so handy and biking around the island to all the great beaches is a must! Kids still talking about it.

Lovely hotel, very nice rooms, large and well laid out. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Beautiful views of the harbour bay. Lovely restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. Polite friendly helpful staff.
Things have disimproved here, it saddens me to say. We have stayed here before and it was wonderful but the hotel is now aging without the upkeep that would be expected or required. The main hope of any stay in a hotel is a good night's sleep. Through the night we were kept awake by big loud party at pub next door til 4am with 2 children kept awake with it and smoking under our window. Never mention anything to management but when I did next morning, no acceptance that we might have been given a room other than nearest the pub (many, many rooms were empty) and still had to pay well for the breakfast. Sorry to say as we used to love the place.
