Restaurant staff were extremely friendly, I was so impressed by their service, especially when it seemed like they were extremely understaffed (the two nights I was there) in that the people on the restaurant were also the receptionists on the front desk. The night staff were also on the morning shift when I was headed to work. In my opinion this kind of thing is a shame, but truly the staff were absolutely incredible and despite being busy were so friendly, accommodating and efficient, really impressed by the service!

Guest reviews
Premier Inn Cork City Centre averages 4.2 out of 5 across 414 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
We had a really nice stay in this hotel. After a small problem at check-in, which was eventually resolved, we went on to enjoy a very good stay. Location was very central. Room extremely comfortable, very good nights sleep. Food excellent. Go for meal deal! Would recommend this hotel. Hard working staff that aim to please. Many thanks.
Mixed Experience, Housekeeping Needs Serious Improvement I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Cork City Centre and had a very mixed experience. While the front desk staff and breakfast team were absolutely fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and clearly motivated, the housekeeping was a major letdown. Rooms were not cleaned reliably, and on several occasions, basic cleanliness standards were simply not met. This really affected the overall comfort of the stay and is something that urgently needs attention. It's a real shame, because the rest of the team is doing an excellent job. With better housekeeping standards, this hotel could offer a much more consistent and pleasant experience.
