I cannot believe the less favourable reviews as I'm 100% satisfied here! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. I changed rooms due an issue that was rectified immediately...both rooms were modern, clean and equipped as advertised. I can walk into the City in minutes so saving a fortune on taxis or buses. The downside for me is the bathroom light/fan... there's no option for less brightness or noise when you want a 3am comfort break. It would be perfect if I could choose not to put a light on but it activates when you open the bathroom door.. But it's a small downside to be honest!

Guest reviews
The Hatch Rooms averages 3.3 out of 5 across 80 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Absolutely unacceptable! Appalling behavior and attitude of the staff! I had accommodation for two nights and during the second day when I left my room for a trip, my things disappeared from the room (clothes, toothbrush). I still don't have my pants and leggings back. I don't understand what the staff is doing with the belongings of the accommodated people. The sweatshirt and T-shirt that I had neatly arranged on the table were brought to me by the cleaner crumpled in a bag. Thank you, I will definitely never come back here and I honestly do not recommend this accommodation. when communicating with the staff, I had the feeling that people are constantly losing things here, and the staff…
Worst place. 3/3 of us got heavy back pain. Staff won't help you, cuz they "can't do anything about anything". Rooms are soooo noisy, especially the cars on the street. It is ugly and in the case of a fire, you won't find your way out as it is so confusing here
