Great staff . Great food .Ideally located on the main street. Fantastic seating area looking out onto the main street ( in the bar / lounge). We got a good deal on a website and we were overly happy. Like any hotel that has character, the decor is aged ( in places ) but surely this has to be expected 🤔. We will return, if the price / deal is right. We are a happy customer .

Guest reviews
Grand Central Hotel near Bank House Guesthouse averages 4.1 out of 5 across 468 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
The hotel itself is pretty rundown but the location is incredible and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was also awesome, fresh and plentiful! Happy to see good levels of food safety and hygiene as well, with the buffet being served by a member of staff :) We were there out of season and it was bitter with the wind. Imagine in the summer the area must be hopping. No frills accommodation in a superb location!
