Dear Administration, I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding a blatant incident that occurred yesterday, December 13th, around 11:00 PM. In your hotel, which is supposed to be a place of comfort and safety, a case of blatant discrimination, bullying, and physical threats occurred, all originating from a group of teenagers who live in the same building. These teenagers (about 15 people) gather in the lobby daily, turning it into a hub of disorder. They smoke, use drugs on hotel premises, and some carry knives, creating a real threat to other residents. But yesterday, their behavior crossed all acceptable boundaries. A resident of your hotel became a victim of their aggression.…
