This place has no front desk, no lobby, no full time staff. Just four suites above a bar. The bar below staff is the staff, let me tell you they are wonderful. Management however is none existent and completely none responsive to their guests. We had a major issue, while the staff did all they could the management did nothing and in fact never replied to us or reached out to us. Yet the place is a very nice room, a perfect location and a reasonable price. So, IF you have no incidents this is the perfect place to stay…. If not I hope the staff can resolve your issue because the management won’t.

Guest reviews
Clarendon Suites averages 4.1 out of 5 across 48 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Review The Clarendon hotel was not up to the expectations as advertised. Although we book it through JetBlue paisley the booking actually goes through Expedia. Neither JetBlue Paisley or Expedia would help. What a let down for the following reasons: Never received confirmation and code to enter the hotel. Thanks to the Bar manager for helping us out or else we would not be able to enter the room. The A/C was terrible and did not work well and couldn’t cool the room it had to be 100 degrees when we arrived. Lucky it was 55 degrees outside. Can’t imagine if it was the summer The bathroom had black hair all over and mold. See pictures attached The sink didn’t drain. Had to reuse towels No…
Filthy overpriced rooms above a bar. Check out the photos. There is no fridge (they advertise as having one), the rooms are dirty and full of mould, check out how disgusting the air conditioning is!! Noisy bar below you, no lift so you have to carry your suit cases up 4 flights of narrow stairs. The host is uncontactable once you check in. An absolutely DISGUSTING place. It was soooo bad, booking.com refunded us after we complained.
