Slightly outdated but by no means lacking. Service was great. Rooms were clean and functional. Lifts worked. Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Lovely bar. Bus stop right outside the hotel and DART train literally 4 minute walk. Underground parking was fine. All in alla great spot to stay when going to Dublin.

We recently stayed at this four-star hotel with our two young children (ages 4 and 5), and while the staff were kind and accommodating, the overall stay was disappointing. When we first arrived, our family room had clearly not been cleaned, the minibar area was full of leftover chips, cookies, and other snacks from previous guests. We called the front desk, and the duty manager came promptly to clean it himself. He also offered all four of us complimentary breakfast for our two-day stay, which was a thoughtful gesture.
