Better than I expected. I was worried about my booking after reading the reviews but the place was great, very little cons. Pros: •fast response time from owner through booking.com •amazing shower •great wifi •easy to use doors •complimentary soap •good little mini fridge •comfy bed •perfect size space for a tall solo traveller •great location Cons: • sheets were clean but found a small bit of glass in the bed, honestly no big deal •some lights did not work • mattress itself was a bit dirty just needs a vacuum •furniture was a bit worn in some spots Overall: It is very easy to be critical but the place was great for me, it’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s a great place to lay your head…

The positives were: great location, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower and levaing the baggage while sightseeing before chech in. Negatives were: no working wifi, the communication with the owner was hard, he gave us the wrong door opening code 3 times, we had to stand by the entry and wait until he got it right. It was very loud in the night because of the ventilation. I turned of the air conditioning but still didn't change anything. It was not the worst and not the best hotel we stayed at.

Never received access email to get into building or room. Another couple let us in who had been double booked to a room and was struggling to contact owner for help. Does not answer phone calls. We finally WhatsApp the number off Google and got info to access room. Upon entering room it was clear that it had not been cleaned from last guest departure. We arrived after the 3pm check-in time. Contacted owner who said would have it cleaned & to leave our luggage in meanwhile. Did not feel comfortable with that & when asking when it would be cleaned, no response. At 6pm we gave up and left for another hotel. Attempting to get a refund still.
