We stayed at the Harding in Dublin for two nights. I had requested a quiet room. They put us in the front of the building on the 5th floor and it was great. It was quiet and we had a great view of the Cathedral. The bells ring during the day but not at night. The room is a little dated but very comfortable. It is perfect for walking to most everything and the bus stop is 1-2 blocks away. Great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. A bar and Cafe are both attached to this property and both have great food. The bed was comfortable. Watch out for the slight rise / lip in the bathroom door way. It is a toe killer. Staff was friendly, and location was excellent and very walkable! The room was a decent size on the top floor and usually quiet, save for the bell tower outside (was not an issue for me, however). Interesting bit of history to the hotel, which I found out later. My only complaint is my room was extremely cold and I couldn't seem to adjust the A/C. Great value for location alone!
