It's in a superb location at the end of O'Connell Street, making it easy to walk to the city center, Temple Bar, and nearly all major attractions. The staff is kind and friendly, and the rooms are suitable and clean. While not huge, they're perfectly fine. The breakfast offers a wide and delicious selection. In the afternoons and evenings, it transforms into a restaurant with tasty food.

We had a lovely afternoon tea here today and we were really impressed. Firstly the hotel is decorated beautifully and modern, it even smelled lovely when we entered. It is in a great location just up near the Hugh Lane gallery. The staff were so attentive especially Daniel our server who was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed all with a smile. Would definitely recommend a visit.
I went there for tea time only, and I enjoyed my time so much. The service was particularly excellent, we had the most attentive waitress, she was such a pleasure. I really liked the pastries and the tea was very good. The hotel is beautiful and very well situated as well. I wish I had enough time to visit their indoor patio, which looked spectacular.
