We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Dublin City Centre! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was quiet, which meant we always had a good night’s sleep. The location was great just a 15-minute walk to Temple Bar, which made exploring the city super easy. A special thanks to Andrii, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. His friendliness made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely stay here again!

The location was good cause it wasn’t near the busy noisy area of Dublin. Four or five blocks to the center. All the lower floors have no view just of the buildings across the street. I asked for an upper floor that had a view. It had a view, but the room was small a basic hotel room. I found that the air conditioning was not working in my room. They finally agreed and told me I had to change rooms, but it would be on a lower floor with no view. I checked it out. I went back to the receptionist and said there’s no view at all. The receptionist was extremely helpful and after fiddling on the computer, she offered me an accessible room I even offered to pay more, but there was no need. The…
Location on Google Maps was incorrect. Edit submitted. Check-in was straightforward. Asked for room to be cleaned on a couple of mornings. The first was OK but, for the second, the bed was not made and hand towels were missing. We had dinner at the Premier Inn one evening, it didn't go well. It seemed that none of the staff on duty spoke English as their first language and this seemed to cause issues with dinner orders for several guests. Security on the lift and doors involved using key cards however there was no safe in the room, something guests expect to see.
