When we arrived at Roxford Lodge, I wasn’t sure what to expect based on its exterior. However, I was quickly proven wrong. Despite being an older Georgian building, the interior was absolutely spotless. While the layout was a little unusual, understandable given the building’s age, it added to the charm rather than being a drawback. The room itself was exceptional. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a comfortable bed alongside a massive TV. The bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and had plenty of space. One standout feature was the lighting, especially the LED roof lights, which added a beautiful touch to the room’s ambiance. There’s very little to fault about Roxford…

Guest reviews
Roxford Lodge Hotel averages 4.5 out of 5 across 412 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Very nice place, well worth what I paid. Single rooms were appropriately sized, well furnished, and had comfortable bed and bedding. Bathrooms had very nice showers, heated floors, and separate thermostat. Staff were all very kind and accommodating. Location is in a nice part of town. Location was also excellent for touring the city as there is a bus stop almost at the front door and the road it's on leads right into the center city, so if you do choose to walk, it is very easy to navigate. The 51 Pub is just a 5min walk and had great food, and Ryan's Beggars Bush was a great bar (no food) and even closer. The continental breakfast was well-stocked worth the money. I'll be staying here…
We loved our stay at the Roxford Lodge Hotel! Our room was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus stop was right out the front door, but also walking was easy in the area. The neighborhood felt very safe and we never heard the street noise from our room. We would absolutely stay again!
