This is a perfect place and is among the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. They are very much an asset. They have stairs and they automatically took the luggage. Rooms are well equipped, although the smaller ones may not be for you if you are travelling with lots of luggage. However, they are clean and comfortable. When I arrived in mine there was soft classical music from the radio rather than a TV which tried to flog me stuff. Breakfast is very good. Proper berries, not cheap melon, a very decent helping of different breads and a good choice of hot options. When I travel on my own as a woman I am often put into the darkest corner and then…

Guest reviews
Stauntons on the Green Hotel averages 4.6 out of 5 across 573 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
We had a wonderful one night stay after landing in Dublin. It was a great start to our trip. Perfect location. The rooms are impeccable. The grounds were beautiful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Being the location is in the city you would expect it to be noisy, but we did not hear a thing during the night. A little pricier than some of the other hotels that I was looking at, but not that much more expensive. Well, worth the extra cost.
Stunning hotel with an excellent location. Charming place to stay. Definitely check out the garden area behind the hotel. Staff will unlock the gate. Only downside’s were the room was pretty warm with the Dyson fan. The small step into the bathroom was interesting. Then the step up into the shower was just as awkward. Besides that the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
