Very satisfied with the stay. It was no 5 star hotel but we weren't expecting it either. Arrived half an hour early but still were able to get the keys right away. Apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Personally liked that the location was a bit further frorm the town centre and the neighbourhood was enjoyable as well.

Guest reviews
The Dublin Vikings Place averages 3.8 out of 5 across 174 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
I recently booked a 3 night stay at their apartments from Wednesday 15th June. The apartments were distinctly average but this was half expected for budget accommodation. However, what was not expected was that the roof would collapse on the second night and a large amount of water would come through the roof at 2:30am. Whilst this was unpleasant enough, what was more outrageous was the reluctance of the owners to make any effort to ensure we still had a comfortable night’s sleep. I used the contact number provided by the host to inform them of the issue, in the belief that that they would go to the effort to ensure their customers had a pleasant stay. I was vastly mistaken. Instead of…
The room was not like anything we had seen pictured. Very disappointed in this place as when we arrived we examined the rooms, I wish I was making it up but the freezer seemed to have urine in it! If I could post pictures I would. Half of the lights don’t work and have wires hanging out of them, the carpet was detached and a tripping hazard covered in staples to botch it back together. And in the room we stayed in one of the window handles was broken and upstairs in another room one of the windows wouldn’t open at all which led to it becoming overheated. I regret staying here and would advise to avoid.
