We had the best stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, centrally located, making it easy to explore, yet it still felt safe and peaceful at night. The on-site restaurant was another highlight; we loved ending our evenings with cheesecake and a glass of cava. Above all, the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. They were always one step ahead of our needs, offering thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. Most impressively, on the day we checked out, which happened to be a holiday with street closures, the staff personally wheeled our luggage several blocks to meet our car. Their kindness and dedication went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come…

Guest reviews
The Gallary averages 4.4 out of 5 across 2,169 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
The location and the room was excellent and centrally located. I have to brag on Julia at the reception desk. He and all of the staff were so nice and helpful! One day, we went to Montserrat and wanted to know about the trains and how to get there. He helped us immensely. The next morning, we go to breakfast and he had printed off the train schedule and highlighted all the routes and times to Montserrat, along with circling the preferred route. We LOVED our stay here!!!
The location is unbeatable and very convenient, but the check-in time is not ideal. We arrived at 12:00 and were told check-in was at 4:00, with no confirmation on whether it could be earlier. Breakfast was decent, with limited options but good quality. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool is quite small, suitable for children to play in.
