Truly an exceptional stay!!! The staff were all wonderful and the restaurant was delightful. Arthur and Caio provided us assistance with check in and made our experience 10/10. Truly a memorable and unforgettable visit and we can’t wait to come back. Love the newer vibe and atmosphere. The rooms were immaculate and so quiet. Highly recommend to all and any who are seeking quality accommodation and hospitality. While it’s not immediately down town core, it’s a quick skip and hop across the bridge to the Temple Bar area, even quicker in a cab.

Guest reviews
The Samuel Hotel averages 4.2 out of 5 across 1,277 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Accomodations were nice, current and safe. Most venues in town are 20 -30 minute walk for example, Kennedy Pub, Temple Bar, Epic. The rooms are super clean but house keeping was late and not consistent. We stayed on two separate occasions. One time nobody came to bring towels or freshen up and the second time they came closer to 5. Never an issue w cleanliness. Maybe a recent staffing shortage or kink in system. Staff is phenomenal. Kitchen is nice.
I recently stayed at The Samuel Hotel and overall found the experience comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that I believe are worth mentioning. First, I had paid for additional breakfasts for five days, but this didn’t reflect in the restaurant system. It seemed like the data between the front desk and the restaurant wasn't integrated properly. While the staff kindly treated my breakfasts as complimentary to resolve the confusion, I was still left wondering what happened to the amount I had already paid. Second, we had requested takeaway…
