Just returned from a week in Ireland, that included 3 amazing nights at the Shelbourne. The location is excellent, adjacent to St. Stephen’s Green, very walkable to Trinity College, the churches and Dublin Castle via either Kildare, Dawson or Grafton streets. You can walk to many other spots as well, or taxis are readily available through the Uber app. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, and there are various restaurants - but afternoon tea in The Lord Mayor’s Lounge is a must. Stayed here as a special treat for my birthday and got upgraded! Could not fault it. Room was fabulous, so comfortable, large bed, lots of space, separate living room. Room service pictured- food was fantastic. Highly recommend
