This is a really nice hotel, classic old styling. There is a nice garden in the back of the hotel, with an outdoor beer garden. There is free parking in the back. It’s just a short walk from the hotel to Cahir Castle. A nice breakfast is included and they have a nice restaurant and pub. I could see the top of the castle from my room.

Guest reviews
Cahir House Hotel averages 4.4 out of 5 across 1,293 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
We dined here twice this week while visiting the area. Could not fault anything. Staff so friendly, professional, and obliging. Great value fir money. Lovely atmosphere. Food delicious.
Be aware. There are no lifts and lots of stairs between and even on the same floor. The hotel seems to be made up of extensions as it has grown over time. The square, where the hotel is located, is a high traffic area
