Booked a family room to stay for the night. Couldn't eat in the bar from 3-6 as they had a private function. Then the music downstairs started. It was very loud from 6pm and when asked at 10.30pm when the music was ending as we had 2 small children she said it should be done by 12 and said it would be turned down a little and this function had been booked in a long time. If we had know when booking this was going on we would not have booked. The music playing was awful and the corridor was full of people shouting aswel as loud music.

Guest reviews
Kilcoran Lodges At The Kilcoran Lodge Hotel averages 4.0 out of 5 across 661 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
The hotel was very ordinary, old and in need of repairs. Windows filty, bathroom tap was loose in sink, room stank of chlorine from the leasure centre . The meals were lovely and hot and very tasty. It was spilling rain on the first night we were there, and the staff had to put a bucket on one of the tables to catch the drops of water coming through the roof 😒 . Don't think we will be going back any time soon.
