I would like to thank the staff of the Castle Arch Hotel for the care and attentiveness they put in for the meal we had after our family funeral. 195 people that came back to the hotel after the funeral and Danny and his staff handled the dinner with ease. The soup was delicious and extremely hot as were the mains- From the first person who was served to the last person who was served. Everyone was very happy. The details from personalized menus to facilitating a slideshow throughout the service really made it a celebration of life and myself and my family appreciate the professionalism from all the staff. They were extremely patient with all the children and there was a lot of children.…

Guest reviews
Castle Arch Hotel averages 4.2 out of 5 across 1,261 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
The hotel was very welcoming and the people there super nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and decorated nicely. There's a nice bar and restaurant downstairs, and the breakfast is highly recommended by us. There was private parking available, and it was a quick walk to Trim castle and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
We would have given this 5 stars but our room key cards stopped working and we had to trudge all the way back to the front desk with all of our things. Instructions for using the shower we're completely incorrect. It appears to have been recently updated but the new carpet impeded the door opening and closing. AWESOME location! Walking distance to everything including Trim Castle (a MUST see). Very kind people, breakfast was good.
