I stayed here 10 days ago now. Room bang average and really dark and dated. I could deal with that because the location is nice and central. My main issue with the hotel is I left the charger for my apple laptop there and I realised this when I got back to Dublin and reported it the same day I checked out. They said it they would arrange posting and let me know the cost. 10 days later nothing done. I have been calling every day since and I get the same story, I'm only covering reception and will pass it on. Finally get talking to someone and they said will be at post office in the morning and will arrange. Low and behold nothing done. Called again this morning I said at this rate you guys…

Guest reviews
Queens Hotel and Nightclub averages 3.5 out of 5 across 593 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Rooms okay, not great for the price. We booked a twin room in a quiet part of the building, on their website. Were given a double looking onto a wall. The receptionist changed us to a twin, with a night club going outside our room until around 2am. Certainly not what we reserved weeks in advance of our stay. Floor boards uneven. The location is the only good thing about our experience here.
We had a horrible experience here. The reception is only accessible via a door at night time, which the bouncers of the club control. We were forced to wait outside as the bouncers of the club had an issue with us. Despite the fact we paid for hotel rooms. We weren't allowed to access them. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
