What can I say from the minute we checked in with the lovely ladies and duty manager Cian was due a dream to deal with. Thank you for the upgrade, it really made our few days with ye superb. Food excellent, nothing was a problem for ye. Lovely treatment on one morning which had me floating on air. We will be back for sure. Thank you Team Radisson.

Super hotel, lovely breakfast and big room's. About 15 - 20 minutes from city centre to Limerick and dinner menu is expensive 🫰 Small pool but few brand new saunas. Jacuzzi outside and around hotel is walk way and lots of animals like alpham. I enjoyed staying. I recommended this hotel and be back for sure 😎
First, I want to be clear that the people here were wonderful. The service was (mostly - see below) great, and everyone was friendly. The restaurant food was good, and our presidential suite - though a bit dated and with a broken shower - was huge and had a nice view. But we only lasted one night of our planned eight. We understand that not every hotel in Ireland has air conditioning, so we were diligent in checking this before booking. Their website states, and I quote, "All rooms come equipped with air-conditioning." We even called ahead to confirm and were told the rooms had air conditioning. So, we booked it. Upon arrival, the room was unbearably hot and stale. There was no air…
