From the moment we stepped into this beautiful, Georgian hotel we were made to feel v special. We were here for my partners 60th birthday and we were upgraded to the most beautiful suite! So comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself is stunning, full of history, very clean and decor is like stepping back in time. But for me, it was the excellent staff that work here. From Jessica on the desk to Bridgette in the restaurant and to the wonderful young people working in the hotel, we were so well looked after. In fact every member of staff deserves a mention. We are definitely coming back!, 😊

Attended my son’s wedding there. Patrice went above and beyond in making sure the day went without a hitch. Fabulous venue great location. Food was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Relaxed atmosphere. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. The parents bedroom was amazing would have liked to have spent more time in it but all good things come to an end.
This is just based on my first visit. I went here to meet a friend for lunch. The service was exceptional. It's been a while since I have had the delight of being served by staff who knew the menu. The decor was absolutely gorgeous, and the food was tasty. Vegan options are also available. I'm really looking forward to my next visit
