We had a lovely stay overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. During our visit, we encountered a bit of unexpected noise, but the team, especially the night porters, handled the situation with great professionalism and care. Their responsiveness and kindness really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. The bar had a great atmosphere, and we really enjoyed the live music. The level of customer service throughout was excellent, and we truly appreciated how attentive and helpful everyone was. Thank you for looking after us so well!

My wife and I are touring around Ireland for our honeymoon and has originally booked our night in Ennis at the Queen's hotel. After having a horrible experience trying to check in, we opted to find a last minute alternative. Not only did Treacy's have last minute availability, they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite which is stunning. The lady at the front desk was amazing to deal with, and they saved our day. Cannot recommend enough!
The property feels quite run-down, and my room was noisy and I would have loved some drinking water left in the room. I suspect it’s more of a family-oriented hotel. I was concerned to return and find that the cleaner had left my room door open, though thankfully nothing was missing. On the positive side, breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the leisure area was decent. Overall, it’s not my preferred choice.
