An excellent boutique hotel and centrally located. Limited parking. We stayed for breakfast which was cooked to order and five stars. The service again was excellent.

I booked this hotel as the most affordable option near Galway. And that is all it was: a very cheap hotel. Check-in went smoothly. Besides that fact, I had to ask for my key. The girl at the counter could use some professionalism and one-on-one lessons in hospitality. Pretty sure she hates her job. And us every time we walked in. We've got a bigger room with two separate beds. It might sound like an upgrade, but it only made the layout awkward, and as a result, the room was not inviting at all. The room wasn't inviting at all. Nor was the bed comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed. However, the shower screen didn't prevent the bathroom from flooding. Parking was strange since…
