I indicated it was our 30th anniversary trip on the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised to see a "Congratulations" plate in our room at check in. It was a welcome surprise! Thank you for making our stay in Galway so memorable! The hotel is centrally located at the heart of the Latin Quarter. Walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and bars. Totally recommend!

We booked a “spacious” double room at this hotel. We also asked for an accessible room because my wife is disabled and unable to walk. We phoned a week before arrival to confirm the arrangements. When we arrived we were shown to an accessible room which was so small that my wife couldn’t manoeuvre her wheelchair around it. We were told that all accessible rooms were the same size. We asked to move to a spacious room (with a walk in shower) and were given a 20% discount which we used to buy a shower chair and a raised toilet seat with grab rails from a shop specialising in these items (on the other side of Galway). This worked well and my wife could manage. The staff at the hotel were…
