Charming and Comfortable Stay Just Minutes from Galway I had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed and breakfast just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Galway. The location is perfect, close enough to enjoy the city’s vibrant atmosphere, but in a quieter area that’s ideal for relaxing. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They clearly take pride in their home and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The Breakfast was fresh (we all had the waffles) and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day off right. Wonderful hostess who really made us feel welcome in her beautiful and cozy home. The room was spacious and fresh with a private bathroom. The Irish breakfast was good and generous with many kinds of bread, cold cuts and other goodies. Quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the city. Bridie and George were wonderfully hospitable hosts and made us feel welcome and at home. Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and perfect walkable location to central Galway and Salthill while being tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. We cannot recommend Sli Na Mara enough, and look forward to returning on our next visit to Galway
