Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully styled, the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. What really impressed us, though, was the thoughtful attention to gluten-free options. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, it’s such a treat to find a restaurant that not only accommodates but excels in it. We enjoyed the roast lamb and the fish pie, both of which were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The lamb was tender and full of rich, savory notes, while the fish pie was comforting and creamy without feeling heavy. And yes, both completely gluten free! Dessert was another highlight. I can’t get over how big our room was. Recently renovated and it shows. The room we were in had a living room and double sink bathroom with a bathtub and separate stand up shower. I actually went down and said I asked for a room not an apartment (joking of course).well worth the money. About a 15-30 min walk to the crazy crowds lol
We ate here twice- once for lunch and once for dinner. The fish and chips were excellent. The oven roasted supreme of chicken was good- not great. I’d give it a 7/10. Very little amount of vegetables and the croquette was very small. Also, not much chicken. I wished the menu was a little more versatile with 1-2 more options for dinner. The service both visits was extremely slow!
