Led by Patrick, the front desk by Laura , Andrea and Isabela this hotel goes above and beyond any I’ve been in for a long long time.. It truly goes back to a time when you felt a hotel cared. Delicious Food at The Twelve! My family and I had a brilliant time here this past weekend. We popped in to catch the match and grab some food, and we were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere for the game was great, and my burger was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. The keds were kept happily entertained with colouring, and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals too, which is always a win! We'll definitely be back for another visit soon. Highly recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable family meal or to catch a game!
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are flawless and so helpful. I am a tour manager and had an issue with a bag from a previous hotel and posted to this hotel to store it. Anything I needed or the group needed it was never a problem! They went above and beyond to make sure people's needs were met! It is dog friendly , and even has a dog menu! Truly a wonderful place! The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean! The bar and breakfast service was top notch ! Thank you for making the guests trip memorable!
