I had a beautiful carvery meal yesterday evening. The bacon was the nicest I've ever tasted, and a lovely selection of fresh vegetables.. I'll definitely be looking forward to my next meal there. Very pleasant staff..

Lovely spot for carvery lunch. Chef serving us was a lady, she took her time to make sure all children got what they wanted to eat, wonderful service with a smile. Definitely be back.
Really good breakfast, great parking, good location far enough out of town, but still close enough to walk. Rooms and staff were nice. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was we were disappointed when we came back from town one evening with pizza and were told we could not sit inside the pub area and eat it because (Unknown to us) they served pizza. Was quite disappointed that as guests of the inn we weren't able to sit in the pub area as a family (all legal age) and enjoy our pizza together. They did allow us to sit in the outside smoking patio, which would have been fine had it been a bit warmer outside.
