Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms look nothing like the website. The smelt of stale food and damp. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people, stained mattresses, duvets, and pillows. Showers had little or no hot water, and the pressure was very poor. There was no heating in the place. No one at reception to complain to. Doors are all operated by an app that has to be downloaded to your phone. There is no emergency contact if you have problems with the app. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one. The only good thing about the place is its location - its right in the centre of town. Would not recommend this place at all

It's more like a hostel, rooms not in great condition, stained mattresses, and leftover furniture in the hallway. No one on reception, key you download an app on the phone. Bathroom in disarray, cracked sink and used body/shower gel left in room. Only 1 broken shower door. Bed sheets relatively clean I wasn't brave enough to check the mattress.pillow VERY flat.Door doesn't feel secure and we didn't feel safe staying there. Won't be back again and we don't recommend staying. Location is good,but considering the price you pay it isn't worth it.
