Lovely,the two brothers are so friendly. And all staff are lovely and food is lovely. I was stuffed i left half a pizza after me. I would have look it away usually but it just wasn't convenient today.

Stayed here very briefly as part of a quick visit to Killarney and a Ring of Kerry tour; overall, the staff were great and location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Killarney National Park. We had booked a family room that had 2 double beds and were pleased with how large both the room itself and the en-suite bathroom was, it just would've been nice if the rooms received the same updates as the main lobby appeared to have, as the room just felt old and outdated. We were also aware of previous reviews about the rooms being stifling and were apprehensive considering we arrived on a particularly hot day, but the staff at check-in immediately offered us a tabletop electric fan to help…
This place is fine for a quick overnight stay but it's not somewhere I'd stay again. The staff are lovely. Everything in the room is secured to the wall even the TV remote which was so irritating. The TV didn't work properly. The heat in the room was by far the most annoying, although it was only around 17° outside the hotel room was absolutely stifling, incredibly stuffy and hot. We barely slept a wink despite the window being open day and night
