There were four of us in the group, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a short 5-minute drive from the town centre, making it convenient while still offering a peaceful setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay,they even booked us a taxi into town with no hassle at all. Great stay in a lovely hotel by a family group, with super grounds for children to play. We used the swimmknv pool and had a beautiful meal in the bar. The only thing we would change is the rooms being very hot - no air conditioning. And the hotel is quite dark inside, no natural light in the room we had our meal in off the bar. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good value
This is our 3rd time to stay here. We Choose it as it was always a fantastic hotel for kids. However on this occasion we were slightly disappointed. The kids clubs hours have been cut and the inflatables in the pool are no longer a thing. Had two very disappointed kids. Sinergie restaurant was also not opened when we were there which I feel should have been pointed out or reflected on the website. Kids where very excited to do the fairy trail however half the fairy doors were missing or else they must have been completely obscured by greenery, which lead to more disappointment.
