Just back from the Helm for a meal and we are definitely full. I emailed Shane who was very quick in responding and within a few minutes I had a table booked. We weren't disappointed. The meal was excellent and a great atmosphere. We had the salmon Florentine and the pan fried chicken. Then dessert was ice cream 4 scoops and warm pear and almond tart with vanilla ice cream. When we finished our desserts a gentleman came over to clear the next table so I asked could I have the bill and I asked him was his name Shane and he said it was and so I introduced myself to Shane and I said I emailed him this evening for the booking and he knew my last name straight away. I explained it was a birthday…

Guest reviews
Westport Towers averages 4.7 out of 5 across 1,711 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
The food here is outstanding. They clearly use high quality fresh, local ingredients. It’s always packed in the evenings so a reservation is essential. My only complaint is they removed the fish & chips from their menu and it was honestly the best I’d tried in Ireland.
