Hubby and I just had an evening and all the next day day visiting and sightseeing in Cong. Weather was fabulous, which always makes a difference! We stayed in Danaghers B&B. Brilliant central location. Lovely big double room, great modern bathroom, big white towels and a fab shower! Plenty of places out and about to eat and drink, and bar in Danaghers is fun and a lively spot too! We had breakfast included, and John Ryan looked after us really well, with a perfectly cooked hot breakfast! 😋 Thank you Danaghers and Cong for your great hospitality!

Guest reviews
Danagher s Hotel Cong averages 4.4 out of 5 across 320 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Stayed here on 14/8/2025 lovely hotel with nice clean rooms, lovely dinner, check in staff very nice and friendly, lovely lad there with blonde hair I didn't get his name but he was the best so friendly and helpful with everything even carried our bags to the room, unfortunately the girl serving our breakfast wasn't so nice,we didn't even get a good morning all she did was pointed to a table and said you can sit there not another word and banged everything onto the table, the other downside was we were at the front of the hotel and from around 6 in the morning it's very noisy with traffic
Would not recommend for food, there were 3 of us and only 1 was able to eat their meal as the quality of the food was very lacking. The server behind the bar spoke very broken English and had difficulty in understanding the same, he didn't try to hide his frustration. Otherwise the place is clean and well presented.
