Lovely views of Mount Meru from the pool area. Modern and air conditioned rooms. We arrived quite early in the morning and were given a welcome drink and cold flannel, fortunately we didn’t have to wait too long to check into our rooms which is always welcome after 18 hours of travelling. The buffet isn’t huge but there were enough options, and drink prices were reasonable. Was a great place to relax for a day and a half before our safari started.
I go to Tanzania every year and this was my 3rd time staying at Forest Hill Hotel. This most recent stay was for 9 days. It is absolutely wonderful there! Everything from the staff, the food, the management, the security, the rooms etc. The view from the terrace is beyond words... so beautiful. My entire stay was fantastic. I will most certainly be staying there again next year when I return to Tanzania.
